This printer was easy to set up. The quality of the print is good. The menu system in the computer desktop makes using all the features easy. Changing print cartridges is a snap

3.0 out of 5 stars Good printer, but no ink!, February 20, 2012

The overall quality of the printer is very good; better print quality on more types of paper compared to my old lexmark. The single digit LED display seemed a little outdated, but the software interface was clean and lean. The poor rating is due to the frustrating experience you will have when trying to replace the ink cartidges; they are impossible to find at brick-and-mortar stores. The cartriges that are currently stocked seem to be mostly for Cannon MP and MX series- consider those printers before buying this one.

I spent days trying to install the software. From the CD, and from Canon online. Very disappointed. All I can do is print, if I am lucky. Next time, I will purchase a different brand.
SOON!
